Hill & Co. Appoints Amy Curran as Director of Strategic Initiatives
Industry Veteran Played Key Role in the Development of THE LIST, Hill & Co.’s Groundbreaking New Resource
June 2, 2025 - Hill & Co. is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy Curran to Director of Strategic Initiatives.
Amy joined Hill & Co. in 2021, bringing with her over 40 years of experience in fine jewelry. Her career has spanned luxury retail, merchandising, sourcing, gemological education, and strategic consulting. In this new role, Amy will oversee long-range projects across the firm, act as a strategic partner to the executive team, and support clients on their most mission-critical growth initiatives.
One of Amy’s most significant contributions to date is her leadership in the creation of THE LIST—Hill & Co.’s GDPR-compliant, AI-powered directory of verified B2B decision-makers across the global jewelry supply chain. Since its launch earlier this year, THE LIST has quickly become an essential resource for businesses looking to reach verified contacts across retail, manufacturing, wholesale, technology, and labs.
“Amy has been instrumental in shaping every facet of THE LIST,” said Elle Hill, Founder & CEO of Hill & Co. “From decision-maker segmentation and data quality standards to the functionality and use-case design, she’s shaped THE LIST with the same precision and empathy she’s brought to her entire career. This promotion is both recognition and a next step—we’re building what’s next with Amy leading the charge.”
Amy began her career with a degree in Geological Sciences, and rose from managing high-ticket customer service to serving as Vice President of Merchandising at a $150M fine jewelry retailer. She later launched her own consultancy, advising global leaders across the diamond, gemstone, and jewelry space.
She is a former GIA Alumni chapter board member, a former Registered Jeweler and long-standing AGS member, and served on the WJA Metro Chapter Mentorship Committee, having previously chaired its Education Committee.
“We built THE LIST to remove guesswork and wasted outreach—to give businesses what they truly need: accurate, relevant, high-quality business intelligence,” Amy shared. “To help shape something this powerful from the inside has been a privilege. I’m thrilled to continue developing and improving it in this new role.”
