Background and experience

I have over 12 years of digital marketing experience, gained within the advertising/tech sector.

This solid foundation led to the creation of my own business which aligns with my personal values, which lie in teamwork, accessibility and inclusivity. Through this successful venture I have built up four years of expertise specifically in Linkedln marketing.

My team and I specialise in helping brands and business leaders articulate their message in a way that resonates with their target audience through the power of social media feeds. We create a powerful and authoritative presence for the people we work with, presenting them as leaders in their space and making them memorable for the right reasons.

Personal Information

I am a family man at heart, I live to make the lives of my wife and two young sons as fulfilled as possible. We are hugely connected to the autism community as both my son and I are on the ASD spectrum. This has helped me appreciate the brilliance in others and the incredible skills people possess that can often go unnoticed. Both my sons and I have a huge passion for Lego, something we all find extremely calming in a world that can often get very chaotic.

What do you appreciate most about being part of the Hill & Co. team?

The camaraderie of working with the team at Hill & Co. has been the best thing for me. When I left employment and began our business, I found it was a lonely place for a long time. Being part of the Hill & Co. team has given me and my team a real sense of belonging that is often very hard to come by as a small business owner.

Not many people know this but…

I began the Unconventionall brand by selling hoodies and t-shirts on LinkedIn and giving a percentage of the revenue to the National Autistic Society.
